To gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes involved, we initiated a thorough discovery phase. The insights we gleaned during this stage proved to be the bedrock on which we built a cutting-edge dashboard that illuminated the opportunities for profits in each stage of the process.

To ensure that the dashboard was both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly, I invested my time and expertise in developing a high-fidelity prototype, interfaces, and a local style guide.
